Apple iPhone 4 Gagdget News Update: iFusion iPhone Dock (www.drmobiles.co.nz)

If you are looking for something a little more robust for daily desktop use the iFusion iPhone Dock might well be worth a look.
iFusion

Designed like a old retro desktop phone your would have found in the 90′s the iFusion allows you to rem inis and tether yourself once again to the desktop with a corder handset. Allowing you to enjoy a tangled handset cable and limited movement once again.

Joking aside the iFusion connects to your iPhone via Bluetooth and either alows you to use the handset or doubles as a speaker phone using the iFusion’s full-duplex that provides improved sound quality than the speaker phone included on the iPhone 4.

While connected to the iFusion iPhone Dock your iPhone will charge and sync via a USB cable. The iFusion iPhone Dock will sart shipping in April and isnow available to pre-order for $169 from iFusion and is available in either black or white.

Sunset on top of Mount Eden, Auckland, New Zealand (places, people, culture, lifestyle, Kiwi)

Went up to the top of Mt Eden to catch the sunset view of Auckland. This gives me a chance to test out the Nokia N85's digital camera. You can click on the picture for a larger view. [http://tiny.cc/mteden2010]

The 2010 Legatum Prosperity Index (living, standard, world, record, migration, ranking, "Auckland Repair"

I was reading the the online newspaper, New Zealand Herald and bumped into this article about the prosperity ranking of countries in the world.  You will find it interesting as the there is a co-relation of each country's prosperity versus the corruption rating in the world.  [http://tiny.cc/nz5]

Most of us that is living a stress-less lifestyle here in New Zealand would count our blessings; the economy is always stable; the education system is world-class and the kids' future seems much brighter than most of the so called "first world countries".

You can’t connect to the Internet these days without hearing about the new, greatest, absolutely necessary iPhone app or accessory, but even with all its gimmicks the iPhone lacks something vintage (we don’t like the word old) corded phones had – the satisfaction of hanging up the phone. Now you can have the best of both worlds with the iPhone Desk Phone Dock. It takes everything you need in an iPhone base (charging, syncing, minimalist stand/display all your friends will envy) and attaches an old school corded handset. And it looks good.

25 April is the anniversary of the landing of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps at Gallipoli in 1915. On the first anniversary of that landing services were held throughout the country in remembrance of the 2,721 New Zealand soldiers who died during the eight-month Gallipoli Campaign. Since 1916 ANZAC Day has evolved to the observance we know today.
