16MP Android Smart Camera by Polaroid (technology news, update, 2012, review, Auckland)

Along with the global version of Xperia S and Xperia ion (AT&T) Sony has introduced two new Android-smartphone, which are designed exclusively for the Japanese market. These are models of Sony Xperia NX SO-02D and the Xperia acro HD SO-03D.

Xperia NX and acro HD built on the Xperia S. Model NX even borrowed the design of S. Traditionally, smart phones, designed for the domestic market gots "Japanese fichies."


Xperia acro HD is an NFC-compatible smartphone operating system Android 2.3 Gingerbread, equipped with a built-in TV tuner and an infrared port. Both models are in use 2-core 1.5-gigahertz processor, a display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and a 12.1-megapixel camera with image sensor Sony Exmor R.


Other specifications include microHDMI-port, 16 GB of internal memory and battery capacity of 1840 mAh. Smartphone Sony acro HD will be offered in the colors of Aqua Blue, Black, Sakura Pink and Ceramich White, while the Xperia NX limited to black and white.


Sales Xperia NX and Xperia acro HD in Japan will deal with the local operator NTT DoCoMo. The release of the two models is scheduled for February and March of this year.
